Biography
She is an economist with more than 23 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She stands out for her solid academic background, having obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Ibadan in Nigeria. In addition, she has specialized training in advanced accounting, oil and gas management, and international gas business.
Throughout her career, she has held various managerial and supervisory positions in accounting and finance. She has worked in prominent organizations such as ExxonMobil Equatorial Guinea, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and SONAGAS G.E. Her leadership skills and ability to work in multicultural and multilingual teams have been fundamental to her success in these roles.
In her position as Director of Administration and Finance at the National Gas Company of Equatorial Guinea, SONAGAS G.E., she has demonstrated her ability to effectively manage the company’s financial and administrative aspects. Previously, at ExxonMobil Equatorial Guinea, she led various accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, intercompany accounts, and bank reconciliation.
She also worked as a National Economist at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where she was responsible for preparing macroeconomic reports and quarterly, semiannual, and annual analyses.
