SONAGAS GE PROMOTES THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF ITS TEAM WITH SPECIALIZED TRAINING IN ADMINISTRATIVE WRITING AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

In line with its commitment to operational excellence and the continuous development of its human capital, SONAGAS GE has successfully completed the training program entitled "Administrative Writing and Document Management," delivered in collaboration with the specialized organization Woomax.

In line with its commitment to operational excellence and the continuous development of its human capital, SONAGAS GE has successfully completed the training program entitled "Administrative Writing and Document Management," delivered in collaboration with the specialized organization Woomax.


For more than two weeks, from April 7 to 22, a group of employees from various areas of the company actively participated in this training program, designed to strengthen skills in institutional writing and efficient file organization. The course concluded on Tuesday, April 22, at Woomax facilities, where participants received their certificates, shared a family photo, and enjoyed refreshments in an atmosphere of gratitude and camaraderie.


Representing the General Management, Ms. Sylvia Manuela Esidan, Head of Human Resources at SONAGAS GE, praised the participants' commitment and the quality of the content delivered. "Properly classifying and archiving information allows for more streamlined processes. This program marks a first step toward a broader transformation in our internal dynamics," she stated during her presentation.

On behalf of Woomax, Angela Eseng Mba, General Manager, thanked the SONAGAS GE team for their commitment, emphasizing that "employees are the most valuable asset of any organization." She also emphasized the importance of putting what they have learned into practice: "From the correct use of email to the drafting of official documents." Applying the knowledge acquired is essential to consolidating a strong and efficient administrative culture.


As a reflection of their commitment to SONAGAS GE's vision and institutional goals, the group of participating employees drafted a statement of intent addressed to the General Management. In it, they expressed their deep gratitude for the opportunity to

having participated in the training program, while reaffirming their commitment to applying the knowledge acquired to improve the quality of their daily functions and actively contribute to organizational efficiency.


Furthermore, motivated by the spirit of continuous improvement, they presented a series of proposals aimed at strengthening internal practices in administrative writing and document management. Among the suggested actions are the digitization of the central archive, the designation of a person responsible for its administration, the installation of a fire protection system tailored to the documents, ongoing training for other employees, and the use of specialized materials to ensure the long-term preservation of the company's documentary heritage.


The closing session also featured Mr. Tebakou Emmanuel Elvis N°dah-Sekou, program instructor and Director of Operations at Woomax, who highly praised the involvement of SONAGAS GE staff. He was accompanied by Mr. Luis Enrique Ebiaca, Training Manager, and Ms. Angela Eseng Mba.


This initiative is part of SONAGAS GE's ongoing training strategy, aimed at strengthening its institutional capabilities and responding more effectively to the challenges of modern management. Through actions like this, the company reaffirms its commitment to continuous improvement, the professionalization of internal talent, and the consolidation of an organizational culture based on efficiency, order, and excellence.
